I'm Pallavi Kale — founder and principal designer of Pallavi Kale Interiors, a boutique studio based in Seattle. For nearly two decades, I've been turning houses into homes: spaces that feel thoughtfully considered, genuinely personal, and completely at ease with themselves.
My design philosophy starts with a simple belief — home is your sanctuary. Every project begins with you: the architecture of your space, the way you live, and what you want to feel the moment you walk through the door. From there, I layer in clean modern lines, natural materials, vintage pieces, and handmade finds sourced from artisans around the world, until the space feels effortlessly yours.
My approach is deeply influenced by my Indian roots and years of traveling and working across the globe. I'm drawn to the beauty of small-batch, hand-crafted things — pieces with a story behind them — and I bring that sensibility to every project I take on. I believe in quality over quantity, and in being fully transparent with clients from the first conversation to the final reveal.
I live in Seattle with my husband and two daughters, and the experience of designing a family home — one that has to be both beautiful and truly liveable — informs everything I do. My work has been featured in the Seattle Times, Rue Magazine, MyDomaine, and more.
