Design Intent

While this newly built home offered a clean architectural foundation, our clients wanted interiors that felt warm, layered, and deeply personal. Drawing inspiration from their South Indian heritage, we curated a home that blends contemporary design with meaningful cultural elements and bespoke craftsmanship.

A defining feature of the home is a custom double-sided jhoola (traditional Indian swing), thoughtfully designed to enjoy views of both the living room and the garden. Throughout the home, custom furnishings upholstered in beautiful Indian textiles add richness, texture, and a strong sense of identity. The result is a timeless interior that feels sophisticated, welcoming, and uniquely reflective of the family who lives there.
